Meet Justin & Jessica Fraser

Jessica Fraser has spent her career working in the early childhood field in various capacities. She has over 10 years of experience as both program director and curriculum coordinator for a licensed childcare center. Over the past 5 years, she has been a certified Teachstone CLASS observer for Pre-K and Toddler learning environments and has facilitated workshops and one-on-one coaching on meaningful teacher-child interactions for early childhood educators. She has partnered with nonprofits to help create life skills programs for children in the foster care system, as well as workshops on childhood nutrition for educators and families. Currently, she serves on the Local Early Education Planning Council for Santa Clara County and is a full-time lecturer in the Child Development Department at San Jose State University.

Justin Fraser has spent the last 20 years dedicated to coaching parents, empowering children, and mentoring teachers. As a head teacher, he created positive learning environments focused on individualized curriculum and promoting an empathetic teaching culture. He has directed preschools and afterschool programs for over a decade. Then as a coordinator with EMQ Families First, he facilitated ‘wraparound’ services for “high-need families”. This included providing intense crisis stabilization and suicide prevention services. He has closely partnered with the Department of Mental Health, Juvenile Probation, the Department of Family and Children’s Services, and various school districts across Santa Clara County. Additionally, he has trained teachers in implementing strength-based childcare practices in the orphan schools of Zimbabwe and the Philippines.

Justin and Jessica strongly believe that providing loving caregivers with the most effective childcare tools is the most effective way to provide every child the opportunity to thrive.
